Field Service Engineer
Must have Vacuum Deposition Equipment experience and understanding of vacuum principles.
Responsibilities/ Skill Set:
- Install and repair High Vacuum equipment.
- System startup and customer training.
- Requires travel both domestically and internationally.
- Requires the use of electronic, mechanical, vacuum, computer diagnostics to perform troubleshooting, failure diagnoses and calibration on PVD equipment and support components I.E. QCM, Vacuum gauges, power supplies, FC controller, flow switches and I/O cards.
- Communicate technical support by means of email, fax and or phone.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years field service experience
- Vacuum technology or electronics or military tech schooling
- Basic Knowledge of leak detection equipment & techniques
- Understanding of schematics, drawing using various test equipment & math calculating to confirm
- Design setup
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Valid driver license and passport

Mechanical Designer
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain product design drawings in SolidWorks.
- Perform layout and detail design for new or upgraded assemblies.
- Design electromechanical components and assemblies.
- Provide support to manufacturing during design prototyping.
- Incorporate engineering updates into documentation database.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Solidworks CAD system.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of drafting standards ANSI Y14.5 and implementation of GD&T.
- Design experience with mechanisms (linkages - linear and rotary), high-vacuum chambers and components, sheetmetal, and weldments.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC machining, welding, sheetmetal).
- Solid understating of DFM/DFA.
- A thorough understanding of good vacuum design practices.
- In depth knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills to interact with engineering, manufacturing, and material control personnel in a small company environment.

Mechanical Assemblers
Responsible for building high vacuum systems.
Qualifications and Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and assemble from engineering assembly prints.
- Proficient with basic hand tools.
- Ability to measure, bend and cut accurately.
- Ability to drill and tap accurately.
- Familiar with standard nuts and bolts.

Welder
Responsibilities/Skill Set:
- Weld product in a safe and efficient manner to meet customer requirements.
- AC/DC Tig weld Stainlees Steel.
- Read blueprints and welding symbols.
- Safe operation of welding equipment, saws, grinders, sanders.

Work Experience:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in vacuum welding.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Welding-trade school and weld certifications are desired.
